If you are experiencing reduced or late payments from your clients and wish to seek advice on how any potential dispute can be resolved, our Construction Department can assist and advise you throughout this procedure.
We will carry out a full review of any disputed accounts and provide a fully independent assessment with recommendations on how to reach a resolution.
The use of alternative dispute resolution methods would normally be employed to try and facilitate an amicable and timely settlement to secure payment for our client as quickly as possible. However, if it looks as though an informal negotiation is not going to affect a resolution, then we are able to guide our clients through the adjudication process.
From the serving of the Notice of Adjudication, through to compiling the Referral document and (if required) facilitating a judgement on the decision, we draw on the knowledge and experience of our construction professional and associates to ensure a positive outcome.
