Our national team of licensed recovery agents and experienced representatives have recovered assets for a variety of funders, Banks, leasing providers and corporate entities for many years.
From office equipment and vending machines through to heavy plant, machinery and wheeled assets, P&A has the capability to recover and repossess an extremely diverse range of assets on behalf of our clients.
We recover assets that have come to the end of their finance agreement, and assets which are being voluntarily surrendered through to more complex situations involving defaulted payments and Insolvency. We work closely with our Insolvency team ensuring claims are lodged; assets are identified and recovered as quickly as possible.
Assets can be delivered to an agreed location or alternatively, P&A can manage the sale process through our network of specialist auction houses. Should a shortfall between the sale proceeds of the asset and outstanding debt amount arise, we can also manage the collection of the shortfall through our debt and legal functions.
Recent changes brought in by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) mean that many recovery businesses have not got the correct licenses and compliance protocols in place. P&A invest heavily in compliance and have worked closely with the FCA and other regulatory bodies to ensure we have all the necessary licenses and permissions in place. A critical part of today’s recovery landscape.
